Kindergarten Teacher Wanted

Arborbrook is looking for a Kindergarten teacher for the 2019-2020 school year. We are looking for someone who loves Jesus, loves children, and loves teaching. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable of both current early childhood literacy methods and a working understanding of Charlotte Mason’s philosophy of education. Since our curriculum teaches children about cultures around the world, a creative and curious teacher is perfect for this position. Physical Education Teacher Wanted

Arborbrook is looking for a PE teacher. We are looking for someone who loves Jesus, loves children, and loves providing children physical education. The ideal candidate has a working understanding of Charlotte Mason’s philosophy of education (or demonstrate the willingness to gain such knowledge), an understanding of both Swedish Drill (a favorite of Charlotte Mason) and current trends in Physical Education, and a desire to help children love the outdoors through organized play. Drama Teacher/Director Wanted

Arborbrook is looking for a Drama teacher/Director. We are looking for someone who loves Jesus, loves children, and loves providing children with the joy of drama. The ideal candidate can both teach in the classroom setting and can manage and organize productions for various ages. The ideal candidate has a working understanding of Charlotte Mason’s philosophy of education (or demonstrate the willingness to gain such knowledge), and an understanding of current trends in teaching drama. Arborbrook Christian Academy is seeking the right candidate to fill a need for a Nature Studies Teacher.

At minimum, a 4 year degree and gardening experience is required. An understanding of Charlotte Mason principles is helpful. This individual will be responsible for the upkeep and expansion of our gardens throughout the year. S/he will oversee a gardening team of volunteers and will pour into our student body by sharing a passion for nature through teaching various grades.

Arborbrook Christian Academy has an opening for a band teacher for the 2019/2020 school year. We are looking for an individual who loves Jesus, children, and music and has knowledge of multiple instruments in order to teach our students and lead our bands.

This is a part time position. Classes meet Monday – Wednesday.
