Arborbrook is pleased to offer our families continuous enrollment. Once you have enrolled at Arborbrook, you are under a continual enrollment agreement until your student graduates or you submit a withdrawal form.
Why Continuous Enrollment?
ACA leadership does a lot of planning to ensure that we’re prepared to fulfill our mission excellently every year. In order to make solid plans for staffing, programs, materials, curriculum, and facility usage, we must have a clear idea of how many students will be enrolled the following school year. We take the stewardship of tuition dollars entrusted to us very seriously, and we want to invest these dollars wisely so that we can provide the best education possible for our students.
Additionally, we wish to offer our families an easier way to transition to each new school year. With Continuous Enrollment, there are no yearly forms to be filled out. Should changes occur in policies, these will be shared with you at the time of occurrence.
What do I need to do for my child to be continuously enrolled?
Nothing! Continuous enrollment also makes it easier for you, with no need to go through a yearly re-enrollment process to ensure your student a spot. The continuous enrollment fee of $495 will be automatically charged in March to your FACTS account for the following academic year. This can defer your March tuition payment if paying monthly.
What if I need to withdraw my child?
If your child will not be returning to Arborbrook for the next academic year, you must submit a withdrawl form to the Admissions Director BEFORE MARCH 1st. You can find a withdrawl form on ParentsWeb in your FACTS account.
What is the penalty for withdrawal?
Arborbrook depends on tuition, which we work to keep as low as possible, to pay teacher salaries, building lease, and all other expenses in the general operating budget. With considerably small class sizes, when one family withdraws, it can cause serious hardship to the financial health of the school.
Should it become necessary to withdraw your student from Arborbrook for any reason during the current academic year, a written notice is required 30 days before the date of withdrawal. A withdrawal penalty is applied to the family account equal to 50% of the remaining tuition amount for the current year. No records or academic information will be released until the family account is paid in full.
Should you decide to withdraw your student for the coming school year AFTER the March 1st deadline, a withdrawal penalty of 50% of the tuition for the coming year will be applied to your family account. No records or academic information will be released until the family account is paid in full.
Arborbrook recognizes that family plans change. Disenrolling for unique circumstances (such as moving/relocating 50+ miles away from Arborbrook) may result in exemption from the tuition penalty. Decisions regarding exemption from the tuition penalty is at the discretion of the Head of School with possible consultation of the Board.
