Kimberly has been a part of Arborbrook since 2013. She has two sons that attend Arborbrook, Harrison (6th grade) and Carson (4th grade). Previously she taught 3rd grade for four years, and she has served as our admissions tester for four years as well. Kimberly is passionate about the relational aspect of teaching and is gifted with understanding the individual strengths and weaknesses of students.  She believes that all children learn differently and is aware these differences are directly related to the purpose God has for each child.  Kimberly’s role of Learning Support is to come alongside every teacher and their students to support the different learning styles of our students to enable them to fully reach their God-given potential. She has a BA from the University of Georgia in Early Childhood Education (1995) and aMA from the University of Arizona in Educational Psychology (1997). While Kimberly adores classroom teaching, she has spent the majority of her career evaluating students with learning differences, providing specialized educational therapy, and partnering with parents whose children “don’t fit in the box.”
